Local Economy

The Workforce One of Warren County, in cooperation and collaboration with its workforce region partner, the Workforce One of Butler County, and the Workforce One of Clermont County, is trying to position itself to address the many needs of the regional economy. With technology changing faster than the skills of the workforce, the Workforce One is attempting to provide answers to skills shortages by training job seekers in areas that foster the needs of local business. Training leads to a more productive workforce, which will help to enhance and support the local economy and allow us to remain competitive in the global economy.
